I have no change in lifestyle or anything it happens maybe once or twice daily .It's usually a different nail each time.Please Help!Why have I been experiencing pain under my nails both finger and toes with no discoloration ?

Have you ever rubbed a sore spot and felt a pain in another part of your body, completely unassociated with the sore spot? Nerves are like that.
